You will receive a Statement of Compliance Certificate, alongside quotes (if applicable) to bring the property to compliance.
Assessments take around (60-75 minutes), with a 50/50 mix inside and outside the property.
Allow 2-5 working days from the date of the assessment to receive your report, statement of compliance, and quote/s if applicable. *T&C’s apply
Compliance
The Healthy Homes Standards introduce specific and minimum standards for H1Changes, insulation, ventilation, moisture and drainage, as well as draught stopping for New Zealand’s rental properties.
